Appointment Confirmation: Please confirm your appointment during the week of your scheduled service. Confirmation becomes available on Monday of your appointment week. You can easily access your appointment through the confirmation text message you received when you first booked. Simply open the link in that message, return to your appointment details, and select the green confirmation button to confirm your attendance. Client Profile & Account: Please complete all requested information, including your email and mailing address, for business and communication purposes. We highly recommend creating an account to manage your appointments, access reminders, and enjoy new features coming soon. Design Inspiration: Take advantage of our new inspiration photo feature! If you’re requesting nail art beyond a solid color, French tips, or solid cat-eye polish, please upload your desired design when booking. This helps us reserve the appropriate appointment time, as design complexity and service duration may vary. Designs not submitted in advance may not be accommodated on the day of your appointment. Appointment Availability: All available dates and times are displayed directly on our booking website. If a time is not listed, it is unavailable. We encourage booking in advance or scheduling recurring appointments, as last-minute availability is not guaranteed. Existing Nail Enhancements & Service Transitions: We do not perform services over another technician’s work. If you currently have an existing set, please schedule a removal with your appointment.
